Ms. Neelam Rana herself belongs to a rural village. After initiation and graduation, instead of going for a job, she supported Vikash Chandra Rayal and providing quality eduaction to the children of the village in her area. Today, she is also educating the women and children of the village. She contributes to the school by managing a good relationship with all the staff members and parents of students. She is very good at teaching children and entertaining children. Neelam Rana is a strong pillar of Bishambhar Dutt Memorial School, who understands the people of the village according to the rural environment. She motivates the children to work hard. She keeps trying to establish a good connection between the school and society. She aims to eradicate the stereotype of rural and urban area education.

Mrs. Pooja Rayal helps Vikash sir in every task. Mrs pooja herself belongs to a lower middle class family. She had also completed her schooling from a similar school where education is free of cost. (Nirmal Ashram Gyan Daan Academy). In our school she teaches the children science and maths.
